Pemudik yang ingin berlebaran di kampung memakai kendaraan khususnya mobil harus mempersiapkan kendaraannya dengan baik. Itu penting, karena mobil harus layak dan siap untuk jarak jauh..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Khusus di bagian mesin pemeriksaan biasanya dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu sistem pendingin dan sistem bahan bakar. Untuk sistem pendingin yang perlu di cek adalah kondisi air radiator. Pastikan jumlah air pada radiator selalu penuh. Kemudian cek pula jumlah air pada tangki cadangan. Ideal harus berada di antara garis Max dan Min. Tambahkan air bila ternyata kurang. Selanjutnya periksa kondisi tutup radiator. Bila mengalami kebocoran karena karetnya rusak, sebaiknya diganti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selain itu, perhatikan kondisi tali kipas atau fanbelt. Tali kipas yang sudah lama atau kendor setelannya sering mengeluarkan bunyi mencicit. Ganti dengan yang baru bila sudah retak, karena putusnya tali kipas dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan mesin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mengenai sistem bahan bakar, pemilik kendaraan harus memerhatikan saringan bahan bakar dan saringan udara. Kedua saringan ini bertugas mencegah partikel-partikel yang tidak diperlukan masuk ke ruang bakar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk itu, saringan udara harus dibersihkan karena elemen-elemennya secara berangsur akan tersumbat debu. Setelah itu dicabut lagi untuk mengetahui kondisi oli di dalam mesin. Bila berada di bawah tanda Full, itu bertanda oli berkurang. Untuk itu segera tambahkan oli sesuai dengan spesifikasinya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu warna oli. Bila warnanya sudah hitam pekat dan tidak licin, gantilah dengan oli yang baru.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pada sistem rem dan ban, pemeriksaan yang dilakukan meliputi minyak rem, fungsi rem, kondisi ban, dan tekanan ban. Jumlah minyak rem yang baik yaitu berada pada batas max. Apabila minyak rem kurang, sebaiknya jangan langsung ditambah, namun periksa terlebih dahulu apakah ada kebocoran atau rembesan. Setelah yakin sistem rem aman dari kebocoran, baru lakukan penambahan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk mengetahui kondisi ban masih bagus atau tidak, yang pertama perhatikan permukaan kembangnya. Apabila sudah tipis gantilah dengan yang baru, karena ban tipis memiliki risiko pecah saat kendaraan dipacu pada kecepatan tinggi. Kemudian saat hujan daya cengkeram menjadi kurang, sehingga kendaraan mudah selip. Kembang yang bagus memiliki ketebalan min 3 mm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mengenai tekanan angin yang baik adalah tidak terlalu keras ataupun terlalu lembek. Setiap tipe mobil memiliki ukuran tersendiri sesuai dengan spesifikasi kendaraan. Di bagian kopling yang harus diperhatikan adalah pelatnya apakah masih cukup tebal atau tidak. Ini penting untuk mencegah kejadian kopling selip saat melakukan mudik. Gejalanya dapat dikenali dengan cara masukan gigi 1 kemudian injak gas hingga putaran mesin meninggi. Bila kendaraan tidak bisa melaju lebih cepat, atau putaran mesin tinggi namun kendaraan berjalan pelan, itu pertanda kopling sudah rusak dan harus diganti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sedia wiper sebelum hujan&lt;br /&gt;Untuk persiapan saat datang hujan, pemilik kendaraan harus memeriksa sistem kelistrikan dan wiper. Pada sistem kelistrikan cek fungsi lampu-lampu, indikator, air aki dan sambungan kabel. Khusus air aki, lakukan pemeriksaan secara menyeluruh pada enam selnya. Permukaan fluida (air elektrolit) harus berada pada posisi dekat dengan batas permukaan tertinggi (upper L).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peranti wiper atau penghapus air hujan pada kaca sangat penting dan erat hubungannya dengan segi keselamatan. Wiper berfungsi untuk menjamin pandangan pengendara agar tetap jernih dan tidak terhalang butiran air hujan yang menempel di kaca depan. Karena itu, sebelum pergi mudik periksalah apakah wiper berfungsi atau tidak. Kemudian cek juga karet wiper -nya yang berwarna hitam. Karet yang sudah getas dan robek membuat proses pembersihan kaca depan tidak optimal. Malahan karet seperti itu bila dibiarkan akan merusak permukaan kaca mobil. A tire is out of balance when one section of the tire is heavier than the others. One ounce of imbalance on a front tire is enough to cause a noticeable vibration in the steering wheel at about 60 mph. To balance a wheel, the technician will mount it on a balancing machine which spins the wheel to locate the heavier part. He will then compensate for the heavy part by attaching a lead weight on the opposite side. Many people are pleasantly surprised at how smooth their car drives after balancing all four wheels.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most high quality tires will hold their balance fairly well and go out of balance very gradually. If you notice a vibration that wasn't there the day before, it is possible that one of the lead balancing weights fell off. If you feel the vibration mostly in the steering wheel, the problem is most likely in a front wheel. If the vibration is mostly in the seat, the problem is probably in the rear.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those of you who are very sensitive about vibrations and your shop can't seem to get that last bit of vibration out, check to see if you have locking wheel lugs. Some locking lugs are as much as 1.5 ounces heavier than the other lug nuts which translates to about 1/2 ounce at the wheel rim. Try putting a 1/2 ounce weight opposite the locking lug and see if it helps.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Like above, If your wheels are not correctly balanced you will likely suffer from:&lt;br /&gt;- vibration in the steering wheel&lt;br /&gt;- premature wear in your tyres&lt;br /&gt;- unnecessary wear to the suspension and steering components&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There’s a number of reasons why your wheels might need re-balancing in between tyre changes .. perhaps if the wheel has been ‘kerbed’ .. a tyre removed from the wheel and not balanced when refitted .. a weight or placement miscalculation .. weight slipped round the rim .. a weight may have fallen off .. etc etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We use a computerised wheel balancing machine to rotate your tyre and automatically calculate the precise weight and location that additional weight needs to be added to your wheel to correctly balance it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We only use high quality weights which are clipped to the wheel rim.  Poor quality weights tend to crack, slip round the wheel rim on braking and/or fall off. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As an alternative for alloys, to keep your wheels looking good, we can apply stick-on weights to the inside of the wheel. Jika sudah keras dan tidak fleksibel itu artinya karet wiper sudah harus diganti.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Karet wiper yang keras, selain dapat menggores kaca hingga berbekas dan mengganggu pemandangan, juga menimbulkan embun pada kaca yang tersapu wiper. Namun, kalau anda jeli, sebenarnya hanya ada dua hal yang perlu diperhatikan dengan seksama yaitu klasifikasi mutu pelumas(API Service) dan tingkat kekentalan pelumas(SAE).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="full"&gt;Klasifikasi pelumas untuk mesin berbahan bakar bensin ditandai dengan huruf S sedangkan untuk mesin diesel(berbahan bakar solar)ditandai dengan huruf C. Klasifikasi sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan pelumas dimulai dari yang terendah adalah SA, SB, SC, SD, SE, SF, SG, SH, SJ, dan SL(untuk mesin bensin) dan CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CF-4, CH-4, dan CI-4(untuk mesin diesel). Pelumas yang memenuhi standar mutu ditandai dengan pencantuman kata "API Service", diikuti dengan klasifikasinya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="full"&gt;Pelumas dengan API Service SL lebih baik kemampuan kerjanya dari SJ. Pelumas dengan API service SJ lebih baik dari API Service SH, demikian seterusnya, yang berlaku juga bagi mesin diesel. Pelumas dengan API Service CH-4 lebih baik kemampuan kerjanya dari pelumas API Service CF-4. Oleh pembuat mesin, setiap kendaraan sudah ditentukan spesifikasi apa yang harus digunakan yang tercantum pada buku manual.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="full"&gt;Menggunakan pelumas yang spesifikasinya lebih tinggi dari yang ditentukan oleh pembuat mesin, tidak jadi masalah. Tetapi sangat tidak disardankan menggunakan pelumas dengan spesifikasi lebih rendah dari yang ditentukan karena akan berakibat buruk pada mesin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="full"&gt;Untuk mengurangi gesekan dan keauan, dibutuhkan "lapisan" di antara dua permukaan yang bergerak untuk mencegah kontak langsung logam denga logam. Lapisan oli ini diperlukan dengan ketebalan yang minimum. Ketebalan lapisan oli tergantung pada kekentalan. Perawatan mobil itu diantaranya penggantian oli secara rutin, manfaat &lt;em&gt;spooring&lt;/em&gt;, mafaat &lt;em&gt;balancing,  &lt;/em&gt;tips2 perawatan ban mobil, dll. Perlu dicatat kami menyajikan artikel kami dalam dua bahasa yaitu bahasa indonesia dan bahasa inggris.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Selain daripada itu kami ingin mempromosikan bengkel kami. Bengkel tersebut adalah &lt;strong&gt;Safari Ban. &lt;/strong&gt;Bengkel tersebut telah berdiri sejak lebih kurang 20 tahun. Service yang disediakan diantaranya penggantian ban mobil, tambal, &lt;em&gt;spooring&lt;/em&gt; , &lt;em&gt;balancing,  &lt;/em&gt;ganti oli,  angin nitogen, tune up, dll. Selain itu baru2 ini kami bekerjasama dengan sebuah bengkel yang melayani kerusakan-kerusakan mesin, sehingga sekarang kami melayani pula service untuk memperbaiki kerusakan mesin seperti turun mesin dan masalah-masalah mesin yang cukup parah. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mengenai Lokasi, bengkel kami terletak di &lt;strong&gt;Jln. Bandengan Utara no.A6 Jakarta Barat 11240.&lt;/strong&gt; Lokasi bengkel kami terletak persis di tikungan bandengan utara yang mengarah ke gedong panjang. Jika mengalami kesulitan mengenai lokasi bisa menelepon kami di &lt;strong&gt;021-6906402.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tidak ada keistimewaan yang kami janjikan selain service yang memuaskan bagi pelanggan dan memprioritaskan kejujuran dalam berdagang.
